Ann Burgner
President and Co-Founder

Ann was formerly a managing partner of SourceOne Consulting Group. She has over twenty-five years of senior level management experience in business consulting and Trust and Investment Management Services.

As a project manager, Ann was involved in matters as diverse as organizational design, strategic planning, securities processing, policies and procedures, litigation discovery support, operations and risk management.

Ann holds an MBA in Business Management from Georgia State University; a Master of Science degree from Bucknell University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.

Donna Rostant
Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder

Prior to founding Burgner & Rostant, Donna was a project specialist with the Bank of America. She has over twenty years of management and operations experience in the banking and brokerage industries.

In these positions, Donna was responsible for project management, training, quality assurance, internal auditing and securities processing, records management, litigation support, forensic accounting and operations.

Donna holds a degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College NY, and a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of the West Indies at St Augustine Trinidad & Tobago.
