Indexing is the
process that establishes keywords and descriptions for
your efficient retrieval of documents.
Indexing is a
very important area and we work with our clients to
agree on the most efficient way to index the documents,
taking into consideration how the files are to be
searched.
Throughout the
imaging process spot checks are made to ensure that a
high level of scanning quality is maintained. Once the
indexing is finished a thorough quality control check
takes place with a sample of 50%-60% of the files
checked.
